¡Hola saludos, Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien en este día, les envió un fuerte abrazo a toda la comunidad de Familiares & Amigos, hoy quiero compartir mi primera publicación con todos ustedes mostrándoles parte de mi grupo de entreno que siendo más que amigos son mi segunda familia, siendo esto para mí, muy importante, ya que cada día compartimos recuerdos y momentos de entreno que sé que nunca olvidaré.
Hello greetings, I hope everyone is feeling very well on this day, I sent a big hug to the entire Family & Friends community, today I want to share my first publication with all of you showing you part of my training group who, being more than friends, are my second family, this being very important to me, since every day we share memories and training moments that I know I will never forget.
En esta ocasión pudimos tomarnos unas fotografías en grupo y al mismo tiempo realizar un entreno grupal, fortaleciendo más los lazos del compañerismo y el apoyo mutuo, logrando excelentes resultados individuales y grupales.
On this occasion we were able to take some group photos and at the same time do a group training, further strengthening the bonds of camaraderie and mutual support, achieving excellent individual and group results.
Algo que aprendido del compañerismo es que la amistad siempre debe ofrecerse sin medidas y sin pedir nada, a cambio, es ahí donde podremos ver el resultado de nuestras obras obteniendo buenos compañeros como lo son mis amigos 
Something that I have learned from companionship is that friendship should always be offered without measures and without asking for anything, in return, that is where we can see the result of our works, obtaining good companions like my friends
