This week's theme is all about FOOD.
And I can tell you I have so many food experiences when I'm in Vietnam. Almost everyday, there's something new that I'm introduced to.

For this post, I'll like to share about a bowl of noodles that is very popular in Hanoi. The locals call it Pho Bo, meaning Beef Noodle Soup. A staple food to many and easily available either on the streets to fancy restaurants. Of course, the best Pho Bo is usually found on the street sides.

Next time if you come to Vietnam, make sure to order a bowl of Pho Bo. It's really delicious no matter where you go.
