Dear Hive friends, best wishes and congratulations to all of you on my blog. Welcome to Hive Blog, including the communities that have supported me so far.
A common post I will present to you today. What you all know is that I saw a yellow marigold flower garden. They first planted a sapling to check and sort out what these flowers might look like. Then there I see new saplings being planted again. They are some distance from our house. And the flowers will look very beautiful.
Now our country is going through winter cold weather. The effect of winter is quite good. At this time, marigold flowers are cultivated in many nurseries in our country. It is very beautiful to see these flowers. These marigold flowers are mostly used in our country for various wedding ceremonies because if you do not have a garland of marigolds in the wedding ceremony, it will not work. It's a common sight to see a marigold in a yellow ceremony. It's a program that doesn't go without marigolds. Marigolds are the most commonly used garland for our yellow flowers. When it is done, garlands of marigold flowers are used more in that place.
Marigold flowers can be seen in different varieties and colors. These flowers are usually bright yellow and dark brown. Although it is usually a winter flower, it is now cultivated in summer and rainy seasons. In addition to beautifying the garden, its extensive use in various festivals, pujas and home decor has given the flower a different dimension.
The common flower in the home garden in Bangladesh is marigold. Ganda has been cultivated commercially in Bangladesh since the 1990s. In Jessore, Gadkhali, Jhikargachha, Jhenaidah, Chuadanga, Sadar upazila of Gazipur district, Hathazari and Patia of Chittagong district, Savar area of ββDhaka district is cultivated more.

Cultivation of Hot Marigold Flowers - Here are the steps to be taken to cultivate these flowers in stages.
Land Selection:
If you want to cultivate flowers, you have to select the land first. Generally clay loam soil is more suitable for flower cultivation. The land on which the flowers will be cultivated, care must be taken that it is not low. That is, water should not accumulate in the land. Besides, there should be arrangements for irrigating the land.
Land cultivation:
After selecting the land, it is necessary to prepare the soil by cultivating 3/4 hours in the land. The soil should be crumbly and small. It is better to fertilize the land before the last cultivation. There are a lot of earthworms under the ground which cut down the trees and destroy them. Therefore, before the last cultivation, any pesticide should be applied in the soil. Then level the soil with a ladder.
Collection of saplings:
Agrahayan - In the month of Poush usually hot flower saplings are planted. Collection of flower seedlings of this variety is an important issue. This is because the seedlings of these flowers are generally less produced in Bangladesh. Most of these flower saplings come from neighboring India. Seed collection is a complex matter for making seedlings. Some farmers in our country produce these saplings but the quality is not good. Flowers have been cultivated in India for a long time and farmers in that country have been producing saplings for a long time. So their skills and experience in flower cultivation are more than ours. For this the quality of the seedlings produced by them is also good. Therefore, in order to cultivate hot varieties of flowers, it is better to cultivate by bringing seedlings from India by reliable means. You have to contact before collecting the seedlings.
Planting of saplings:
On the day when the saplings arrive, that is, on the day when the saplings reach by hand, the last tillage of the land and all the land should be irrigated by irrigating with earthworm at noon. Then in the afternoon when the sun's heat decreases the seedlings should be planted. When planting seedlings, rope should be planted in rows. For planting seedlings, the distance from row to row should be two hands and the distance from seedling to seedling should be 6 inches. Many seedlings die after planting hot varieties and many trees have male flowers that do not go to market. So those national trees have to be removed. Therefore, seedlings of hot varieties have to be planted a little thicker than other varieties. Before planting the seedlings, mix two teaspoons of "Diathene M-45" with water in a container and soak the seedlings in that water and remove them after 5/6 minutes.
Care:
Honesty, proper planning and hard work are at the root of any success. Care is the key to any crop production. If the crop is not properly cared for, if fertilizers and medicines are not given in the right way, then it is not possible to be successful in crop production. Therefore, after planting flower saplings, the main task is to take proper care of it. There is no need to do anything for 8/10 days after planting. After that if the land dries up i.e. if it seems that there is not enough sap in the soil then irrigation should be given. Irrigation is usually best done in the early morning or early evening. Because at this time the soil of the land is hot in the hot sun. If the land is irrigated in that condition, the seedlings will be severely damaged. Therefore it is better to irrigate the land when the soil is cold. After 15/20 days the seedlings get stuck in the soil and grow a little bigger. Then you have to start giving medicine and fertilizer to the tree. Only "Diathen M-45" and "Roveral" can be given. The plant needs "thiovit" medicine for rapid growth. Mix 2 teaspoons of each medicine in 10 liters of water and spray. At this time, if the soil is barren and there are more weeds, all the land has to be plowed with the help of hoe, only the base of the tree and the spade. Then DMP fertilizer at the rate of 20 kg per bigha of land should be sprinkled only through tree rows and irrigated. Two to three days after irrigation, the place where the seedlings died should be filled. The seedlings that will be extra and should be noticed in each row should be removed from the place where the quantity or density of seedlings is higher and the seedlings along with the surrounding soil should be removed and planted in the empty space. The work has to be done in the afternoon.
After a few days, when the seedlings are a little bigger, the soil should be pulled at the base of the tree. At this time many tree buds will come. The buds must be broken. If it does not rain, the soil should be irrigated before it dries out. As the tree grows, the amount of medicine and fertilizer given to the tree should also be increased. In addition, more soil should be given at the base of the tree. At this time the insects start attacking the tree and continue to grow slowly. So at this time the medicine will be given 2/3 days a week. There are many pesticides available in the market. Good quality medicine works well.
