Well, this weekend, Ema and I will share a very delicious and of course very simple bread recipe, the name of this recipe is a chocolate-topped milk bread recipe. from the title you can see, Ema and I use the main ingredient of milk mixed with various other ingredients. This bread is really very simple and you can make it yourself at home in a fairly short period of time. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this milk bread are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, sugar, salt, yeast, powdered milk, eggs, margarine, bread cups, mineral water and liquid chocolate. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a mixer and put 20 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then, stir in the dry mixture until well blended.
the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is put enough mineral water and 1 egg. after that, mix the dough until half smooth on medium speed.
the third step, after the dough has been mixed until half smooth, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. after that, mix the dough again until the dough becomes smooth and soft.
the fourth step, after the dough is very soft and also smooth, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 35 minutes or 1 hour.
fifth step, after the dough has risen from before, then prepare a small bowl and put 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 sachet of powdered milk. After that, stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.
the sixth step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well blended, then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of margarine into the dry ingredients and mix by hand until the ingredients become sand or like grains.
the seventh step, after we have finished making the milk filling for the bread, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. after that, cut and weigh the dough with each dough weighing 15 grams. then, round all the dough until it's done. Then, cover the dough and let the dough rest for about 10 or 15 minutes.
the eighth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded like the previous photo, the next thing you have to do is take 1 dough and flatten the dough a little and then put the milk filling that we previously made. After that, round it up again to cover the milk stuffing. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.
the ninth step, after all the dough has been filled with milk stuffing, then prepare the cake cups and place the 4 doughs like the photo above. then, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double again for about 20 or 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the tenth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then apply the chocolate topping on the top of the dough or you can use other toppings according to your wishes until finished.
the last step, after the dough has been given the toppings according to your wishes, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. after the oven has started to heat up, then enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees or 180 degrees, with fire up and down for about 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, after the dough has been baked for 20 minutes, now you can serve this milk bread to your friends or family.
