This donut is very different from the usual donut, because the donut I will share with you is in the form of a cherry blossom. the shape of this donut is very unique, you can give a unique topping like the photo above. good luck Hivers!
Well, the ingredients for making these sakura donuts certainly don't require a lot of money and time, you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are powdered sugar, salt, flour, various types of toppings such as taro. ,tiramisu and chocolate, yeast, powdered milk, margarine and mineral water. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this sakura donut.
the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 18 tablespoons of flour, 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar, half a tablespoon of yeast and also 1 sachet of milk powder. after that, stir the dry mixture until everything is well mixed.
the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well mixed, now all you have to do is add enough mineral water to the dough. Then, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.
the third step, after the dough texture is half smooth, then add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of margarine into the dough. Then, knead the dough again by using your hands until the texture of the dough becomes smooth and soft.
the fourth step, after the dough is very smooth and there is no flour left, now all you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
the fifth step, after the dough has been rested for 30 minutes, now prepare the work mat and apply cooking oil on the work mat until evenly distributed. after that, put the dough and cut the dough into several parts according to your wishes and round the dough like the photo above.
the sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded, now all you have to do is cut the parchment paper into a square and flatten the dough like the photo above. Then, put the bottle cap in the center of the dough and press it.
seventh step, after you have flattened the dough, now what you have to do next is cut the dough into 8 parts with a bottle cap border in the middle. You can see the photo above so you are not wrong.
the eighth step, after you have cut it into 8 parts, now all you have to do is shape the 8 pieces by hand until they become a shape like the photo above. Then, remove the bottle cap in the middle. very nice and beautiful.
the ninth step, after everything is done, now prepare a baking sheet and put all the dough into the pan like the photo above. Then, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 20 to 30 minutes. after that, put it again Close the bottle in the middle and press until the dough is hollow.
tenth step, after all the dough has doubled, now prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil into the pan. after the cooking oil is hot, now put the dough along with the parchment paper into the pan and fry for 2 minutes only. after 2 minutes, Remove the parchment paper from the dough using tongs and fry again until both sides of the dough are brown. Repeat this step until all the dough has been fried.
the eleventh step, after all the donuts have been fried to completion, then drain all the donuts. Now prepare some dipping toppings such as taro, chocolate and also tiramisu. You can use any type and taste according to your wishes.
the last step, after you have prepared the dipping topping, now all you have to do is dip the top or bottom of the donut into the topping according to your wishes. After that, you can give a little topping like chocochips or other toppings.
and finally, you can enjoy sakura donuts with your friends or family. The taste is exactly the same as the donuts I've ever made and what's interesting is that the shape of this donut is very unique and everyone really likes it.
