This roll cake consists of three toppings, the first is cheese, peanuts and meses. Apart from that, these rolls are often encountered in several bakeries in my city. well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make these three-flavored sponge rolls are certainly not expensive and you can get them at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are margarine, cornstarch, liquid vanilla, SP, wheat flour, eggs, sugar , salt, cheese and various other types of toppings such as nuts and meses. You can adjust the toppings according to your wishes. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.
the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a frying pan and put enough mineral water. Then, prepare a bowl and put 3 tablespoons of margarine into the bowl. Then, melt the margarine by stirring continuously until it is completely melted.
the second step, after you have melted the margarine until it is completely melted, now all you have to do is prepare a mixer and put 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 5 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, half a teaspoon of SP, half a spoon liquid vanilla tea, 3 whole eggs and 3 egg yolks. After that, mix the dough until it is fluffy, white and traces.
the third step, after the dough is white, expands and traces, now all you have to add is the margarine that you melted earlier and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder that you have filtered. Then, stir using a spatula until well blended. .
the fourth step, after the dough is finished, now all you have to do is prepare a baking sheet that you have smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper like the photo above.
the fifth step, after you have prepared the pan, now all you have to do is pour the dough into the pan and hit the pan against the table so that no air is trapped in the dough.
the sixth step, after the dough has been poured into the tin, now prepare the oven and preheat it for a few minutes. after the oven is hot, now put the tin into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 180 or 190 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 18 or 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.
the last step, after the dough has been baked for 20 minutes, now all you have to do is remove the cake from the pan. Then, spread the sponge evenly using chocolate jam like the photo above. When you have finished rolling the sponge, spread it again over the roll using chocolate jam. Next, sprinkle the topping according to your wishes.
and finally, you can enjoy the three-flavored sponge rolls with friends or family. For toppings, you can put them according to your wishes, it would be nice to give chocolate and some dry toppings such as almonds and others.
