Ahora mismo estoy descansando y planificándome; sin embargo, me salió este encargo de coronas de bronce para el día de reyes, es un modelo bastante simple, pero les metí alguno que otro detalle, que compartiré mostrando el proceso de elaboración.
Empezamos con los materiales y cosas que use:
🦁 Lámina de bronce o latón de 0,5 mm
🦁 Arco de segueta y pelos de segueta 2/0
🦁 Lijas 3M de número 220, 340 y 400
🦁 Limas de joyería
🦁 Astillero de Madera o superficie plana con forma de V para hacer los cortes.
🦁 Dremel y motor de banco.
🦁 Porta lijas, fresa conica diamanta, fresa diamantada redonda y fresa de 1 mm para abrir hueco
🦁 Mopa de pulir y cera de pulir para joyería.

El dibujo de las coronas lo saqué de internet, inicialmente lo iba a imprimir, pero preferí calcar de la pantalla con un bolígrafo, todo con mucho cuidado, una vez calcado, recorte y pegue con pega de barra en una lámina de bronce de 0,5 mm.
Con el Dremel y una fresa de 1 mm abrí el hueco por dónde irá la argolla, luego con el arco de segueta usando la sierra 2/0 corto la silueta exterior de la corona.
Le quité el papel con fuego utilizando el soplete, esto también con la intención de ablandar el metal y sea más sencillo moldear, para de este modo darle la forma curva que deseo.
En esta superficie redonda del dado de embutir, golpeó la pieza con un mazo, para ir curvando la superficie.
Este es el resultado curvo, sutil que quería, después le paso lija en este orden 220, 340 y 400. Esto lo puedes hacen con el Dremel y el portalija o a mano.
Con el Dremel y la fresa cónica diamantada trazo algunos detalles de la corona.
En la foto de arriba se pueden apreciar los trazos que hice que me servirán de guía para continuar de adornar la corona.
Con la fresa diamantada redonda fui haciendo los detalles de la parte de abajo de la corona.
El resultado final, después de pulir con mopa y cera con el motor de banco, le integré una argolla de bronce que ya tenía hecha.

I got the drawing of the crowns from the internet, initially I was going to print it, but I preferred to trace it from the screen with a pen, everything very carefully, once traced, cut it out and paste it with a stick on a sheet of bronze of 0, 5mm.
With the Dremel and a 1 mm bur I opened the hole where the ring will go, then with the bow saw using the 2/0 saw I cut the outer silhouette of the crown.
I removed the paper with fire using the torch, this also with the intention of softening the metal and making it easier to mold, in order to give it the curved shape that I want.
On this round surface of the mortise die, he struck the piece with a mallet, to curve the surface.
This is the curved, subtle result that I wanted, then I sandpaper it in this order 220, 340 and 400. You can do this with the Dremel and the sandpaper holder or by hand.

The final result, after polishing with a mop and wax with the bench motor, I integrated a bronze ring that I had already made.
