As you all probably know, I am suh a noodle fanatic! Totally and seriously a noodle lover since birth. I could eat it like everyday and I wont mind. My family had given me a new namr since then, they call me Miss Pansit.
In Filipino cuisine, pancit are noodles. Noodles were introduced into the Philippines early on by Chinese Filipino settlers in the archipelago, and over the centuries have been fully adopted into local cuisine, of which there are now numerous variants and types. The term pancit is derived from the Hokkien pian i sit (Chinese: 便ê食; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: piān-ê-si̍t or Chinese: 便食; pinyin: biàn shí) which literally means "convenient food."[1] Different kinds of noodles can be found in Filipino supermarkets which can then be cooked at home. Noodle dishes are also standard fare in local restaurants. Food establishments specializing in noodles are often referred to as panciterias. Source

So today I would like to keep a post on any noodle I seem to try to eat for the first time. Luckily, I went to the grocery the other day and saw newly stocked imported noodles. I had hoarded a few packs. I knooooooooooow! Its crazy but they are my comfort food. Dont you worry I dont eat all at thr same time.
Mr Bibim
For my first #noodlechallenge, I choose Mr Bibim, Korean Spicy Chicken Flavor.
A Korean word Bibim means Stir in English.
Mr.BIBIM was born to get closer to non-Korean consumers who are more used to soupless noodle dishes such as spaghetti or pad thai. Source

- Remove the water from noodles and put sauce and flakes into noodles.
- Stir and serve.

The Taste
When everything was mixed up, the noodle turned red. Oh myyy! How hot is this noodle?? I muttered to myself. Like my head is processing that it is more like Samyang, the Super Spicy Noodle that I kept seeing going trending in youtube.

Alright here we go! I took two forkfuls of noodles because I got excited! Despite what my brain is telling me.
It's sooooooo hot! It burns my tongue and throat!!! Wooooooooooooooh! I only had 2 mouthfuls and it burns really bad!!!!!! Like I am jumping with hotness in my tongue! 😝😢.. I could feel my face is burning up! The heat is real!!!
But the noodles are very soft and the flavor is so strong. I do like it! Its soooooo spicy but I keep wanting for more though. I just dont know I can finish this right now. I ran out of eggs, I forgot to remind the hubs to buy me earlier. Now I am fixing myself with a milk chocolate drink. I hope this works.

It did not work!!!!!!! 😧😤
I turned to bananas. I think I already ate 3 pieces and the spicyness in my tongue is still there. I feel my head is soooooo red! Im really burning up.
To be honest, I finished the plate in an hour!! I took small bites and eat it slowly till nothing is left.
Whew! Done! No more Mr Bibim.. hahahahaha.. 🤣😂🤣😂
That's it for today. Till next time.
PS.
Miss Ren @xcountytravelers can you handle such heat??
