That house used to belong to a local sculptor. Probably built in the 1940s. Now it belongs to a family.
We're going through a cold snap. It's below freezing even during the day. About -5 C in the morning.

It's been legal to park that way for a couple of years. Before, you'd have to park with the front towards the same direction as the traffic.
A house being demolished. I recall reading somewhere that the complete demolition of the average house with all the garbage being taken a way and the property cleared for a newbuild costs about €8000 to €10,000.
It seems that this abandoned house will be demolished soon, too.
