Contra el frío: Sopa/ Against the cold: Soup
En verano: ensaladas. En invierno: sopas. Es una excelente sugerencia para colaborar con una agradable temperatura corporal. Y en estos días de otoño, cuando el friíto nos recuerda que ya se fue el verano, una buena sopa viene bien.
La de la fotografía es de muslitos de pollo y verduras surtidas y para darle un toquecito de sabor especial: aceitunas.

Sauté the chicken, onion, bell pepper strips, and bacon bits. I removed the peppers strips for a plate. Then I added the vegetables and enough water to cover everything. When the vegetables are soft, add the strips of the peppers.
