Comer pizza es uno de los placeres de la noche del viernes o del mediodía del domingo; es decir abriendo el fin de semana o cerrándolo. Pero, como salir es cuesta arriba en estos tiempos, hemos por el made at home y con la pizza aplicamos la fórmula de cada uno a su gusto.
Las dos fotografías precedentes, muestran nuestra última pizza hecha en casa el pasado domingo. Sabrosa en verdad. El cocinero, mi hijo mayor, para quien la pizza no es pizza si no lleva anchoas.
Eating pizza is one of the pleasures of Friday night or Sunday noon; In other words, opening the weekend or closing it. But, as going out is uphill in these times, we have made at home and with pizza we apply the formula of each one to their liking.
