Hello foodies friends, today I made a simple dish from the basic ingredients of Medan Anchovy and Peanuts. I will cook it into dry food, I often cook this food as a side dish, it's crunchy, savory and spicy.
This is a recipe from my mother, my mother used to cook it for me at home. Usually my mother will mix peanuts with tempeh, but this time I want to mix it with Medan Anchovy.The taste is delicious when eaten with warm rice. The basic ingredients are also very easy to get, the recipe is also very simple. I don't know why as an adult I always miss my mother's cooking, such a long distance makes me really miss her cooking. This time I can only enjoy Mother's cooking when I come home every 2 times a year on holiday.

Recipe Dried Peanut Anchovy with Orange Leaf Slices
INGREDIENTS
250 grams of peanuts, 100 grams of anchovies medan, curly red chilies, green chilies, galangal, 3 lime leaves, 3 garlics, 5 red onions, powdered broth, 50 grams of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of flavoring, half a glass of clean water.
HOW TO COOK
- Step 1
Fry the peanuts that have been washed clean until dry and then drain.
- Step 2
Fry anchovies that have been washed clean, fry until dry and then drain.
- Step 3
Slice the chilies,lime leaves ,garlic,and red onions.
- Step 4
Saute garlic and red onions, saute until wilted.
- Step 5
Add lime leaves.
- Step 6
Add chilies, saute until all cooked.
- Step 7
Add water and all the spices, don't forget to correct the taste.Cook until it boils and the water is reduced.
- Step 8
Terakhir masukkan kacang tanah dan ikan teri,masak sampai kering. Lalu angkat dan sajikan.
