I was surprised about the morning as it was much more busy than I thought it would be. Seeing the trend of my calendar exploding with requests, I escaped to go to the gym for a short workout. It was effective as I did some upper body weight training to make the muscles get sore again this week.
I was glad that I got to it as it was more busy in the afternoon. While I am glad I was able to get the workout in, I was severely limited for any other activity as I could not even pace a bit to get to my daily goal today. I hope this will not persist as I had finally gotten a sense of a slow down which I hope would last a couple of weeks at least.
