So today, I'm proud to present Stir Fried Noodles with Pork in Gravy Sauce.This menu is easy to make. And can be eaten children and adults who do not like spicy food. My husband and daughter love to eat. I have to make them eat often. In the afternoon, we went out to the supermarket to buy raw materials for making Stir Fried Noodles with Pork in Gravy Sauce. There are not many customers in the supermarket these days.
After coming back from the supermarket came to manage to wash the vegetables that were bought. The ingredients used for Stir Fried Noodles with Pork in Gravy Sauce are also available.

- Tapioca flour
- Garlic and the seasoning we used had Sugar, soy bean paste, black sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper,salt or fish sauce.

Chopped garlic is prepared to fry until golden and crispy, it will be very fragrant.
Tapioca starch is dissolved in clean water and set aside.
This step is to make marinated pork. I made it the way I like it because the pork is so tender. and my daughter also like it. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Mix the pork with soy sauce, egg, ground pepper and vegetable oil, mash everything together and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and prepare them together.
The noodles are mix, then black soy sauce is added and mixed thoroughly. Set aside and wait for stir-frying.
Put a pan on the stove and put a little oil. when the pan is hot We put the noodles and stir until cooked. it will smell after that bring it up into a container and set aside. completed
next step put the pan on the stove, add oil and sauteed garlic until golden and fragrant, being careful not to burn it because it will be bitter.
Then put the pork we marinated in and stir it.
and add the prepared vegetables to stir-fry and mix together.This time, stir fry a little more.
We come to season the food. By adding seasonings, oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce and must use high heat to stir-fry vegetables.
When the vegetables begin to ripen We put clean water into it. Wait until the water boils again. We then take the tapioca starch that has been dissolved in water. Pour in and quickly stir to combine. Don't let it clump. because it is not tasty when eating
When finished, we will have a gravy like this. The way to eat is easy Put the fried noodles and put them on a plate. and pour the gravy over the noodles ready to eat.
