This time, I'm taking advantage of over 14k #actifit activity points to do a cross-over between physical activity and beer 😁.
Yesterday was a tough day, it started with a flat motorcycle tire, and I was almost late for the V National Conference on Sustainability in the Legislature. I walked only through the corridors of the Brazilian Senate, I only managed to solve the tire issue at the end of the day...
I pushed the motorcycle to the gas station to check the tire, it inflated but it seemed to be leaking slightly, it must have been the valve, I went to the tire repair shop. it's a good thing everything was pretty close:
Everything resolved, a bit shaken from the busy day, the inconveniences, public exposure, walks and pushes, I went to look for refreshment in the fridge:
There was one - actually, three 😄- Ribeirão Lager, from Cervejaria Colorado, it was all I needed for that tiring end of the day:
Ribeirão Lager is a very refreshing beer, IBU 20, 4.5% alcohol, with hints of orange peel, bottled in 410ml cans and 600ml bottles (I always prefer cans for practicality and recycling), delicious! 😋🍻

O dia ontem foi puxado, começou com um pneu da moto furado, e eu quase atrasado pra V Conferência Nacional de Sustentabilidade no Legislativo. andei que só pelos corredores do Senado Brasileiro, Só consegui resolver a questão do pneu no final do dia...
Empurrei moto até o posto de combustível, pra verificar o pneu, encheu mas parecia que tava vazando de leve, devia ser a válvula, fui até o borracheiro. ainda bem que tudo é muito próximo:
Tudo resolvido, meio baqueado do dia corrido, os inconvenientes, a exposição pública, caminhadas e empurradas, fui procurar refrigério na geladeira:
Tinha uma - na verdade, três 😄- Ribeirão Lager, da Cervejaria Colorado, era tudo o que eu precisava praquele final de dia cansativo:
