A bit disappointing about that person not being the right buyer. On the one hand I can understand things from her perspective (much to J's annoyance I have turned down a number of houses because something wasn't right, which could have been anything from the general vibe to the fact it was in residential hell), sometimes the thing that looked amazing in the pictures doesn't quite look or feel the same when you're there. On the other hand there's not really any point or reason to be rude about it.
Then I guess the next question (for her as it's not really your problem aside from how you felt about it afterwards) is if she realises that she's actually being rude as some people firmly believe they're "telling it like it is" or "being honest" when told they are/sound rude (but bet they scream about it when someone acts exactly that way with them XD).
Hopefully the right buyer will be along soon :)
