As you people know Ramadan Karim is going on in whole Islamic community and as a Muslim I try my best to maintain our rules and regulations.
Having junk food in ifter (Ramadan breakfast meal) is not included to our rules and regulations but tradition. Many people are following this tradition.
Oily junk foods are tasty and there is no doubt but its not healthy. Its harmful for health but by the grace of Almighty Allah this unhealthy food doesn’t affect our body too much.

A day before yesterday I also fed myself with these junk food because these foods are yummy by taste. It would be junk food but we traditional people love to have it. But these foods would be safe if its home made. People are lucky who served these yummy food in their family.
Once my family also arranged these kind of yummy foods, ifter means a big meal. I miss my family with those days but not the food actually. Foods can be replaced by other foods but family can't be replace, parents can't be replaced.
Anyways I ate a lot that day and I felt myself a tank of food. I felt difficulties when I attended night prayer known as trabih salah. Too much eating don’t allow us move fast and easily. It was late night when I successfully done my prayer.
I had more than enough and I should control the hunger of my eyes. When we keep fast we feel like we can eat everything in our breakfast time but its not true. We shouldn’t follow the tradition we should follow our prophet who taught us how much food we should have. After having big meal I realize these things.
Ramadan is a blessed month and we should focus on prayer instead our food and this realization came to my mind after eating big meals lol.
