Homemade healthy nutritious delicious tasty Wax Gourd curry recipe with shrimp fish

Ingredients

Wax Gourd 600 grams
Frying shrimp fish 150 grams
Onion 2 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Green chilli 15 pieces
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 3 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Cumin paste 15 grams
Water as needed

Preparation and process

Step 1

At first I collected 1 kg 200 grams wax gourd and had taken 600 grams wax gourd from that Gourd for making wax gourd curry recipe with frying shrimp fish .

Step 2

I gathered 2 pieces of onion and 1 piece of garlic.After removing onion and garlic shells, I chopped onion .

Step 3

After collecting green chilli , I cut green chilli from middle porson .

Step 4

I removed wax gourd shells and cut gourd as needed.

Step 5

After cutting fresh wax gourd, I washed this wax gourd with fresh water .I collected 150 grams frying shrimp fish for making gourd curry recipe .

Step 6

I made cumin paste.

Step 7

I admixed 2 tablespoons mustrad oil in pan. I mixed wax gourd with heat oil in pan.

Step 8

After sometimes ,I mixed green chilli with gourd in pan.I admixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1.5 tablespoons salt with wax gourd in pan and blended it properly.

Step 9

I admixed water as needed with wax gourd in pan.

Step 10

I mixed frying shrimp fish with wax gourd in pan and boiled this curry 18-20 minutes in pan.

Step 11

After boiling , i picked up this wax gourd curry from pan.

Step 12

I mixed 1 tablespoons mustrad oil in pan
After heating this mustrad oil, I mixed onion and garlic with heat oil in pan. I fried onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan .

Step 14

I mixed gourd curry again with frying onion in pan.and mixed cumin paste with this curry and boiled this curry 8-10 minutes in pan.

Step 15

After completing this curry recipe , I picked up this wax gourd recipe from pan. Thus I made delicious healthy wax gourd curry recipe with frying shrimp fish .
