Luffa acutangula 1 kg
Shrimp 100 grams
Mustrad Oil 40 grams
Green pepper 6 pieces
Tumeric 1.5 spoons
Salt 2.5 spoons
Water like needed
Onion 1 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Black cumin 8 grams
At first I bought Luffa acutangula vegetable and shrimp fish from Rasulpur vegetable market . After buying various types of vegetables and shrimp , I returned my home . After that I had prepared this recipe .
I cut onions , shrimp fish and green chilli .
I removed luffa shells . I cut luffa veg slicely . I had washed with water properly . I had mixed tumeric and salt with water on pan.
When water is hot in pan , I mixed tumaric and salt . After that I mixed shrimp fish . I fried shrimp fish .
When Water is hot in Pan, I fried onion and garlic ,cumin . After frying this elements, I mixed luffa acutangula . I mixed tumaric and salt with green chilli . I provided sharimp fish in curry . .
I boiled this luffa curry 15 minutes . Thus I made delicious luffa veg curry with sharimp recipe .
