Snail or so-called locally Babbush is a dish unique Moroccans prepare it, as is usually the snail is harvested from green areas are not contaminated, and then placed in the cooking pot mixed with some herbs, lemon and thyme and so on to the boils and flavors to boil, This is eaten by small chopsticks that are inserted inside the shell to extract the sticky snail. This application is often requested in the cold seasons because of its benefits and capabilities that help to heat the body. The way of serving it is done in small concave dishes and eaten in the manner mentioned above
