Hola Hiverun Runners...
Finally, after a long hiatus from running, I have started it again. I took a break for two months because—in March it was time for a month of fasting, so I couldn't match my schedule to run. In April I was chasing a writing deadline so I had difficulty finding time to run again. So this May I have made up my mind to continue my exercise.
Because it has been a two-month hiatus, I did not have high expectations in this first moment. Running normally—no stomachache, no dizziness, and other symptoms—I was very grateful so that it made my pace seem slow—yes, my pace has not increased.
So on this run I returned to the GBK arena, my favorite and most conducive place for running. It just so happened that the day was very hot—but I was not afraid. I kept running. Look, GBK that afternoon was empty of visitors and that made it easier for me to keep moving.
Even so, I stopped when I started to get tired because, well, I didn't want to push myself too hard.
So here is my exercise result.
This Week Running
---
Distance: 3.00 KM
Time: 27:17 Minutes
Pace: 09.05"/km
Hopefully next run I will improving my distance, at least 5 KM, so I have to preparing it like I have a race. By the way, how about your exercise?
