October Achievements and November Objectives

, today I bring you this post about my progress and experiences last month in terms of Street Workout and you will also see my goals and aspirations for this month of November.
El mes de octubre estuvo lleno de muchísimas emociones tanto buenas como malas, buenas y malas experiencias. A nivel deportivo estuve pasando por un mal momento emocional y físicamente. Después de quedar eliminado en octavos de final de la competencia Legends of the Bars, mis ánimos cayeron en picada al igual que mi autoestima.
Ésto generó un gran problema a la hora de entrenar debido a que no tenía ganas de hacerlo, tenía dudas sobre si seguir o no entrenando, dejaba los entrenamientos a medias y me descuidé muchísimo.
Posteriormente se presentó la exhibición realizada por SWC en el C.C Sambil de Valencia, ciudad donde vivo. Muchos conocidos estuvieron presentes para observar la Exhibición y ésto me generó a mí y a los demás atletas del estado Carabobo un gran entusiasmo.
The month of October was full of many emotions, both good and bad, good and bad experiences. On a sporting level I was going through a bad time emotionally and physically. After being eliminated in the round of 16 of the Legends of the Bars competition, my spirits plummeted and so did my self-esteem.
This generated a big problem when it came to training because I didn't feel like training, I had doubts about whether or not to continue training, I left the training sessions halfway and I neglected myself a lot.
Subsequently, the exhibition held by SWC was presented at the Sambil Shopping Center in Valencia, the city where I live. Many acquaintances were present to observe the exhibition and this generated me and the other athletes of the state of Carabobo a great enthusiasm.
A parte de allí me centré un poco más en seguir entrenando, puse más empeño y logré seguir haciéndolo a pesar de no estar bien físicamente.
En el mes de Septiembre tuve una fuerte lesión en la dorsal que afectó muchísimo mi rendimiento y ya a mediados de octubre se había aliviado en gran parte pero ya culminando dicho mes la lesión volvió a perjudicarme nuevamente.
El mes de octubre no culminó como lo esperaba sin embargo me siento bien al saber que aún me mantengo de pie y no abandono el deporte.
In that event, in spite of not having a bad performance, I was not satisfied with my level, but I was able to accept that I was the only one to blame for neglecting my training and not being consistent.
From there I focused a little more on training, I put more effort and I managed to keep doing it despite not being physically well.
In the month of September I had a strong injury in my back that affected my performance a lot and by the middle of October it had been alleviated to a great extent, but by the end of that month the injury had damaged me again.
October did not end as I had hoped, but I feel good to know that I am still on my feet and not giving up the sport.
Ya a dos semanas de éste mes de noviembre mi calendario ha estado muy apretado por motivos académicos sin embargo trato de dedicarle aunque sea un mínimo tiempo al entrenamiento diario tratando de no dejarlo a un lado.
Estamos a fechas próximas a la Copa Hive en la cual planeo participar y como siempre dar lo mejor de mi. Éstas primeras dos semanas me he dedicado a fortalecer mi punto debil (Front Lever) el cual lo he estado desarrollando bastante bien, mejorando la postura y teniendo un mejor tiempo.
Already two weeks into this month of November my schedule has been very tight for academic reasons, however I try to dedicate at least a minimum of time to daily training, trying not to leave it aside.
We are close to the Hive Cup in which I plan to participate and as always give my best. These first two weeks I have dedicated to strengthen my weak point (Front Lever) which I have been developing quite well, improving my posture and having a better time.
Siempre debemos trazar objetivos a corta distancia para poder lograr nuestros objetivos a larga distancia. La constancia y la disciplina te hacen grande, supérate a ti mismo.
With two weeks left in the month, my goal will be to improve as much as possible my strong points without neglecting the weak ones in order to arrive at the Hive Cup with a complete level.
We should always set short distance goals in order to achieve our long distance goals. Perseverance and discipline make you great, surpass yourself.
