
- Shrimp
- 4 bird eye chillies (tapped)
- 2 red chillies (sliced)
- 2 large onions (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon curry spices
- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 5 pieces of curry leaves
- Salt and sugar to taste
Preparation method:
- Mix shrimp with corn flour and salt and then fry until cooked.put aside
- Heat the oil and saute the onion and white until it smells good.
- Then add a curry spice powder with chilli sauce, tomato sauce, curry leaves, soya sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well and leave to thicken.
- Put the shrimp with red chillies and chilli beans. Mix smoothly.
- Add salt, sugar and move to plate
- Ready to serve
