Of course, disagrees with me. So does my wife. But, so be it... Crustless Quiche to follow.
In my house, when I cook, I cook for many. Often I cook for leftovers on purpose. That way, when I make a large meal, it is easy to heat up leftovers and have a quick meal later in the week. And so it is, a large ham was cooked with LOTS of leftovers.
Chop up my Green onion from my Red Beard Bunching Onion:
Then, DICED Ham:
Rough Chop some Spinach, and heat with butter:
Whip up some egg and a tiny bit of water:
After heating all the ingredients separately, combine them into a large baking dish, and with some shredded cheese of some type:
Into the oven, and bake!
About 15 to 20 minutes at about 400º F (205ºC) the Egg should begin to pull away from the edge of the dish and the top begin to get a little browned.
As I said, big meals, means leftovers, and a great way to deal with leftover ham, is to make a wonderful little Frittata... Or even better, a Crustless Quiche!
