Short little post, as part of my walking down memory lane lately. My Yia Yia has been on my mind

Greek Appetizers were always being cooked, served, reheated, and of course, EATEN, in my house, at my aunt's or uncle's and definitely at Yia Yia's!
What began for me as a little boy, at my yia yia's apron, and later, my mom's side in her kitchen, continues today as I show my two girls how to cook and serve love, at each meal.
