Base: fruit Kefir or any organic nut milk u prefer (ask me if you don't know how to make it)
4 Tsp of raw Cocoa butter
2 Tsp of organic Hemp protein
4 Tsp of Chia seeds
2 organic Peaches
1 Banana
Handful of organic Blackberries + organic Aronia
This energy packed smoothie is ideal to consume in the morning, when your stomach is still empty.
It is a great choice for a post-workout meal or even pre-workout, since it consists of loads of natural carbs and amino acids, combined with plenty of micronutrients.
