Exquisite biscuit to share with the family
Ingredients (8 people):
* 250 g squash (raw and clean)
* 250 gr of flour
* 3 eggs
* 200 gr of sugar
* 70 gr of oil
* 12 g of yeast
* Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
1- The squash is cut into small squares, and we put it to steaming.
2- When the pumpkin is cooked, crush it with a fork and mix with the sugar.
3- To the previous mixture we add the eggs, the flour, the cinnamon, the oil and the yeast.
4- We mix everything well, put in a mold and put it in the oven, preheated, at a temperature of 180 º about 30 minutes.
Variants:
- The pumpkin can also give a boil, taking care after draining well all the water.
- Eggs, we can separate the buds from the whites, and mount the whites, to make it more spongy.
- We can decorate with sugar or melted chocolate.
