BEST BURGER RECIPE
How to make the best burger at home. This one is called Juicy or Jucy Lucy. A Juicy Lucy is a burger created with the melted cheese inside of the patties instead of on top.
The melted cheese oozes out in each bite and gives the burger a juicier experience. When you first bite into the juicy lucy burger, the deliciousness of the inner melted cheese siren calls you past the fear of fuzzy tongue and you plunge head first into a great, oozy, juicy burger.
With summer , this is a perfect burger to serve at BBQ parties to impress your friends and family. That’s what Summer is all about: BBQ, burgers, beer and lots of great friends to devour it all with.
For two large burger patties we will need:
-350 gr of beef mince ( try using 20/80 , so meat is juicier)
- Shredded mozzarella or any other cheese you like
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Bacon
Directions
Step 1 : Fry your bacon and set aside.
Step 2: Mix your meat with salt, pepper and any other spices you like.
Step 3 : Make mozzarella balls from shredded cheese
Step 4 : Form burger patties, place a ball of cheese in the middle and cover the burger with smaller burger patty, making sure all the sides are sealed, otherwise the cheese will ooze out while you are frying the burgers.
Step 5 : Fry your burgers on medium heat, to make sure meat is cooked throughout and cheese is melted. Use a grill for a better result. Fry them for about 5 min on each side.
Step 6 : Assemble your burger, toast your bun if you wish. Place mayo or ketchup on a bottom half of the but, place your burger, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and anything else you like, cover with another bun and serve straight away while hot. Enjoy.
