Hello steemians! This is what I have for lunch. A perfect dish for a cold rainy weather. Fresh tilapia with veggies a one-dish meal which is a goof source of protein and fibers needed by our body. In a rainy day like today, one of the best thing to do is to eat food that will give us comfort and happiness.
This is how to prepare this dish:
Ingredients:
Fish (tilapia)
garlic
onion
tomatoes
green pepper
cabbage
miswa (optional)
salt
pepper
Procedure:
- Saute onion and garlic
- Add tomatoes and put the tilapia
- Put 3 cups of water then add the green pepper
- Simmer for 15 minutes then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cabbage and miswa, let it boil again for 3 minutes.
