Napoleon cake
Ingredients:
- 1 egg;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon corn starch;
- 5 g of vanilla sugar;
- ½ lemon;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 70 g of butter;
- 2 thin lavash;
- 100 g walnuts.
Preparation
Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, starch, zest of half a lemon, pour in milk and put on a slow fire until thick. In a hot cream, add butter.
Cut the pita bread into layers about 15 × 15 centimeters in size. Nuts chop in a blender or combine.
Collect the cake on layers: pita bread, cream, a little nuts, pita bread, cream, nuts and so on. Add the last cream layer, abundantly sprinkle the cake with nuts, including on the sides.
Leave the cake for an hour or two to soak it.
