Gourmets can roll their eyes as much as they like, but when speed comes to the fore, there is simply no time to interfere with home-made Caesar sauce. Therefore, mayonnaise hurries to help.

Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce;
- 2 chicken breast fillets;
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 3 slices of loaf;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 50 g of cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Cooking
Fry small slices of fillet in 1.5 tablespoons of oil until tender. Heat oil in a frying pan on a nearby burner, rub garlic in there, and brown the diced loaf. If there is time, first cut the crust from bread.
Pour the iceberg into a bowl with your hands, put chicken, crackers on top, grate cheese, season with mayonnaise. If you don’t serve the salad right away, place the mayonnaise between the iceberg and the chicken, so it will not soak the crackers and they will remain crispy.
Add a few chopped cherry tomatoes to get a more juicy version of the salad.
