Ingredients.
- 500 grams of squid.
- About 2 tsps of five spicy powder.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 2 lemongrass.
- 2 shallots.
- 1 tbsp of salt.
- 2 tsps of sugar.
- 1 tsp of paprika powder.
- 2 tbsps of white wine.
Step by step guides.
Step 1;
- Drain and rinse well the squids, remove unedible portions.
- Soak squids with 2 tbsps of white wine mix well cool water for about 15 minutes, rinse again with cool water and drain it.
- Peeled shallot, garlic, lemongrass and chopped.
Step 2:
- Put squids into a large bowl, marinade with shallot, lemongrass, garlic and five spicy powder, 1 tbsp of cooking oil, salt, sugar, papprika powder, mix well and put it into the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes for soak up.
