Ingredients.
- 100 grams of shrimp.
- 1 breast fillet chiken without skin.
- 50 grams of broccoli (finely chopped).
- 50 grams of carrot (finely chopped).
- 2 shiitake mushrooms (finely chopped).
- 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
- 100 grams of rice.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Drand and rinse well rice, add rice and cool water with ratio (1 rice: 3 cool water) into a cooking-pot. Simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 2:
- Boiled the chiken until is done, then cool down and shred up.
Step 3:
- Shelled shrimps, deveined and remove unedible portions, keep shrimp heads. Mix well the shrimps with a little of salt and 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
Step 4:
- Heat oil in a pan, add shallot and stir well until fragrant. Then add shrimp heads, stir-fry well until golden, turn off the heat, filtered and just keep oil.
Step 5:
- When the rice is broken and looks like congee, then add shrimps, chicken, vegetables, mushrooms, shrimp heads oil, 2 tsps of salt and stir well. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes, add salt to taste.
