Ingredients.
- Instant noodles.
- 150 grams of minced pork.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/8 cabbage.
- 1/2 onion.
- Green onion.
- 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- 15mls of soy sauce.
- 15mls of cooking oil.
- Chicken stock powder.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Drain and rinse cabbage and cut it into chiffonade. Pelled onion, very thinly sliced. Chopped green onion.
Step 2:
- Heat cooking oil into a sauce pan over medium heat. Add minced pork, stir fry well for a minute, add chicken powder to taste, continue to cook for about 3-4 minutes. Then add cabbage and onion. Stir- fry well until is done, pour about 1.5 litres of water in, cook over high heat.
Step 3:
- When the water is boiling, add noodles and seasoning package of instant noodles to taste. Continue to cook for about 4 minutes, then add green onion, eggs and cook over low heat for about 2-4 minutes is done.
