Daing na bangus ay isa sa pinaka popular na almusal naming mga pilipino. Gawa po ito sa boneless na bangus na binabad sa suka. At masarap po ito na samahan ng fried rice at may sawsawan na soy sauce, lemon, kalamansi at chili. Ngayon po ibabahagi ko sa inyo ang my very own recipe. Sobrang dali lang po nito gawin at lutuin. Sana po magustuhan ninyo!😍🤗
Fried boneless daing na bangus!😋
Narito po ang ilan sangkap na aking gagamitin.
Here are some of the ingredients i will using.
Ingredients for marinated:
5 pcs boneless bangus
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon rock salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 head garlic (minced)
2 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
Mix all the ingredients, keep on refregerator and marinate overnight.

Cooking Procedure:
Maglagay ng mantika sa kawali painitin ito. At pakatapos pritohin ang daing na bangus. Hanggang sa maging golden brown at crispy.
Place a cooking oil on the pan to heat it. And then fried the daing na bangus until golden brown and crispy.
