Good morning 😃. Rise and shine hiveians, it’s a brand new day.
So I started my clean health journey yesterday and this is what I had for breakfast. I’m not exactly a fan of oats but since it doesn’t cholesterol, it’s the perfect meal for breakfast.
Oat/Fruits Recipe

•Oats
•Red apples 🍎
•Berries🍇
•Cucumber🥒
•Cashew Nut 🥜
•Evaporated Skimmed Milk 🥛
•Water (optional)
PREPARATION: I put oats and water (milk can be used as a substitute for water here) to boil on fire and kept stirring as it cooked. When it had thickened enough I placed it down to cool and started to slice and cut my fruits after I had washed them thoroughly.
I added milk to the oats and stirred, then put it in my soup 🥣 bowl to eat before gently placing the fruits on the oats. 😊
After adding fresh fruits and nut, it was extra filling just like I was told it would be.
For lunch, it was a vegetable meal.
Today is another day ☺️
