This really is a lovely recipe and it is super easy to make. I hope you try it and enjoy it!
Ingredients:
- 120g cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 packet of Romany Creams biscuits
- 700ml milk
- 1 packet of instant chocolate pudding
- 80g of bar one chocolate
- some grated chocolate for decoration
Method: - In a bowl beat the whipping cream until whipped.
- In another bowl mix the cream cheese and chopped bar ones and then fold in the whipped cream.
- In another bowl mix the instant pudding with the milk and then put it into the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Then in another bowl crush the Romany Creams biscuits.
- Then layer in a bowl or separate glasses.
- Start with the instant pudding, then the crushed Romany Creams biscuits, then the cream cheese mixture and then repeat.
- Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top of the pudding.
Substitutions:
- Instead of instant chocolate pudding you can use instant caramel pudding
- Instead of Romany Creams biscuits you can use the same amount of plain chocolate biscuits
(We substituted the instant chocolate pudding for the instant caramel pudding when we made it)
