The recipe that I will share today is a super fluffy chocolate mousse, with two ingredients and no egg, this recipe is vegan for not containing egg, but if you ran out of eggs at home you can also prepare and enjoy it and so you will surprise everyone.
This chocolate mousse without egg is prepared easily and quickly, it is also perfect for intolerances and to avoid food risks, the result is delicious, without losing flavor and with a perfect texture.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablet of 100 gr of dark chocolate (70% cocoa) or milk chocolate, to your liking
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (or just one, to taste)
- Half a glass of milk (about 150 ml)
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 200 ml of whipping cream that is very cold
Preparation:
We hydrated the leaves of gelatin in water for 15 minutes, in a bowl or large jar we put the milk in the microwave 1 min and add the ounces of chocolate, put back in the microwave for 1 minute to melt the chocolate, stir well until Integrate completely. With the hot chocolate mixture, add the hydrated gelatin and beat with rods so that everything is well integrated. We mount the cream very strong and mix with the chocolate with gentle movements and carefully so that the mixture does not lower. Put in jars or serving glasses and let cool at least 6 hours before serving.
