It's been ages ago I shared new recipes. Today I'm going to share another simple recipe because Raya is just around the corner. Hooray.
I make this fried crispy popiah usually in a big quantity. The reason is because when watching my darling oppa "Lee Jong Suk, Lee Joon Gi and Lee Min Ho"I must munch something. LOL.
Sometimes I make caramels popcorn and sometimes crispy popiah. FATS FATS FATS but it tastes so good. Sigh.
HERE IS THE RECIPE :
FRIED CRISPY POPIA WITH CHEESE
- Popia Skin
- Water (to glue the popia skin)
- Oil to fry
- Chili powder
- Cheese Powder
STEPS
- Take the popia skins and rolled it and use water to glued it together. Don't rolled it to tight ya. Finish rolling all the popia skins.
- Get a sharp scissor and snip it slightly slanting. This is to make the popia skin cooked evenly and nice.
- Then, Deep fried the popia until golden brown.
- Cool it a bit then add chilli powder and cheese powder.
- Store it in an airtight container and enjoy eating it while watching series or while "onion - ing or tumeric - ing" (kot kot nak membawang atau mengunyitkan diri)
There you have it. Delicious to the very last crumbs.
