Hi there Steemians...Today I'll be cooking my dish called beef pares (braised beef) outside just for a change.
We'll be needing beef, beef cubes, cut onion,garlic, spring onion, ginger star anise, sugar, soy sauce and pepper.
To cook this first the meat should be tenderize, by boiling it for a long time (1-2 hours depends on your meat). After tenderizing the meat set aside the beef stock for later use and cut the meat into cubes. Then saute garlic, onion, ginger and the meat in a pot. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, beef stock, pepper, sugar and two of star anise, let it boi. Add now the spring onion on top and enjoy with hot rice or bread.
