Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 parboiled banana
- 1 cup of milk or any juice
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- Vanilla
- Sugar to taste
Process:
Blend all the ingredients and place in a mold with caramel and cook in a bath of Maria let stand and unmold
