Ingredients
- Sour yogurt: 1 cup
- Sugar: 4 teaspoons or as taste
- Egg: One piece
- Soft fruits: As you like to eat. Such as, lemon, berry etc.
Steps of recipe:
Step 1
At first, remove the water of sour yogurt with a thin cloth.
Step 2
Mix eggs and sugar with a spoon well and add fruits and Sour curd with it. Put it to 140 degrees Celsius or 280 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 30/35 minutes by a cake mold.
Step 3
Now put out the mold and wait until it become cold. Then put it in a refregerator. When it get cold, it is ready to serve.
NOTE
Oven can take more or less time for variation.
