Now let's start the main part. First the list of the ingredients.
- Egg: 4 Pieces
- Sugar: 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons
- Flour: Half cup
- Cocoa powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 pinch
- Liquid Milk: 60 ml
- Canola / Sunflower Oil: 40ml
- Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 pinch
Other components:
- The cake making tray Size 13.5 "/ 9.5"
- Nonstick Paper:- As Needed
Steps by step guideline:
Step 1
Before start, Pre heat electric oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then spread the nonstick paper by brushing the oil in the cake tray.
Step 3
Then separate the egg yolk and white part of the egg. Then beat the white part of egg for some time in low speed, then add 1/3 cup of sugar gradually and beat high speed so that sugar mixed with the egg white part and it looks like foam.
Beat it until it become completely foam so that it is not fall from the pot if we rotate the pot upside down.
Stop beat when the white part foamed well. Not over beat it.
Step 4
Now add the yolks with the rest of the sugar. Beat these in high speed until the yolk become cream color.
Step 5
If the yolks look like cream , mix milk and oil and beat well.

Then mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a strainer and after strain the mixture, mix yolks cream gradually in low speed.
Step 7
If all ingredients mix well, then mix the white part of the egg with spatula / whisk in three times three with the mixture of yolk and flour.
Do not mix too hardly, Gently mix with hands by folding the mixture.
Step 8
Pour the batter in tray and level it by spatula. Then tap the tray two or three times so that the batter air released from it.
Step 9
Then put the tray in second rack from the bottom of the oven and bake it into 160 degrees C: or 320 ° F: temperature for 8 to10 minutes.

Check it by a toothpick after 7/8 minutes.
If the toothpick is come out clean then the cake is ready.
And if the toothpick comes with batter, then bake a little bit.
But not more than 10 minutes.

Take out the cake.

Spread a piece of nonstick paper and sprinkle the cocoa powder on it and put the cake (upside down) on top of the paper and remove the cake paper.

Now roll down the cake with the spreading paper and then let it cool down.

If it completely cold then put your favorite cream and then roll it again.

Now put it in refrigerator for 1 hour and then cut and serve the delicious chocolate Swiss roll cake.
