The classic Cucumber and Tomato salad just got better with the addition of Avocado!!!
This is a way too easier and an excellent meal to prepare.
Just get the palatable cooking meal mode activated!
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS MEAL?
2 diced avocados
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 lb Roma tomatoes
1 English Cucumber
1/2 medium red onion sliced
1 tsp of sea salt
3/4 tsp of table salt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped or fish grill
1/8 tsp of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the chopped tomatoes, cilantro/fish grill, diced onino, chopped cucumber and avocado into a large salad bowl.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
Okay... i guess we are almost done here.
Set the table now,
And just before serving, toss with the 1/2 tsp of sea salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper.
Then go ahead and enjoy your cucumber-avocado tomatoe salad!!!
To make the Prawn Avocado Corn Salad.
You just need a little more to what you have already...
Your corn cobs and prawns in the right amount.
1/2 ounce of chicken grilled in wine sauce (optional)
And you make it possible!
Wow!!!
So you see why i love salads more. Healthy fruity veggies and easy to prepare.
