Today i say my aunt Mimi give me lots of recipe. Today she pripare one recipe, i try and taste is so great.
Recipe:
5 spoon mustard
3-4 squeeze garlic,
300 gr cream,
1 spoon oil
Mix all and flavor with salt and pepper-as your taste.
Meat dip into mixture, and put in casselone. If you use chicken meat with bone, cut meat in midlle. On casselone put aluminium foil, and bake on 200 degree about 30 minute, then take it off foil and bake about 5-10 minute.
