Ingredients
600 g cherries
4 dl cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
10 sheets of gelatin
4 egg whites
100 g of sugar
Method of Preparation
1- Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Wash the cherries, remove the core and chop them coarsely.
2- Place half in a saucepan combine sugar and 0.5 dl water. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until it is as compote state. Remove and set aside.
-3- Beat the egg whites and cream in whipped cream. Reserve a little of the cream and add the remaining egg whites.
4- Then add the condensed milk and the gelatin sheets previously drained and melted without boiling. Join in wire to the previous mixture, stirring constantly and finally the cherries.
5- Pour into a greased with oil and put in the cold way until firm. After this time, remove from the cold, unmold and serve with the sauce and cream you have booked.
