Ingredients
200g champagne sticks
200g sugar
400g cream cheese
4 dl cream
10 sheets gelatin
6 egg yolks
Coffee strong
Cocoa powder
Method of Preparation
1- Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water.
2- In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a fluffy whitish cream. Then add the cheese and beat some more.
3- In a bowl beat the cream part in firmly whipped cream and add to the previous mixture. Drain the gelatin sheets. Take to melt and add to the previous mixture.
4- Grease a removable rim and put alternately soaked sticks in coffee and cream. Repeat until finished.
5- Take the cold to hold. To serve, untold and serve decorated with cocoa powder. Garnish to taste and serve.
