Ingredients
5 sheets gelatin
2 lean natural yogurt
2 tablespoons (soup) sugar light
4 dl light cream
2 kiwis
oil for greasing
Method of Preparation
1- Grease a round shape with oil and set aside. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water, then drain them and melt them in the microwave without boiling.
2- In a separate bowl gently mix the yogurt with sugar, add the gelatine leaves and stir. Beat the cream on dry whipped cream and wrap them in the previous prepared.
3- Pour into the shape and refrigerate till it solidifies. Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Unmold the pudding later, garnish with kiwi and serve pretty cool.
