Yesterday was so busy that I didn’t get a chance to post the smoothie that I made for my husband and I. Not quite the relaxing Sunday that my husband would have preferred, we spent a good portion of the day at my dad’s house and our daughter was having a day where she fussed for no apparent reason most of the day. I did get a minute to make my healthy breakfast. Starting the day with a nutritious breakfast is so important to me because I cannot take care of my family if I forget to take care of myself.
- ½ orange
- ½ apple
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- Handful of spinach
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
