Curd pudding with kiwi and banana
Preparation:
Curd 9% - 200 g
Kefir 1% - 200g
Egg - 1 pc.
Munk - 70 g
Fructose - 35 g
Baking powder - 1 pinch
Banana - 65g
Kiwi - 2 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, semolina and baking powder and fructose
2. All mix thoroughly
3. Kiwi and banana peel and cut into slices
4. Gently combine fruit and cottage cheese
5. Bake 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
